Fred Noble

I’m in charge of our firm’s on-site observation and work directly with the owner, general contractor, subcontractors and other members of the Bray team to ensure that the project can be completed on time and within budget. The past 30 years includes experience in project management, contract administration, preliminary planning, budget development, financial control and value engineering assessments; also scheduling, coordination of construction activity, project closeout and owner occupancy. (Editor’s note: Fred is widely accepted within the construction community as one the the best, if not the best, architectural on-site representative.)
