Local Manufactures Drive Tech Ed Program Improvements
Large windows and placement near the school’s main door ensure all students and visitors will see this forward-thinking space in action.
The addition and renovation of the tech ed space at North High School was driven by the formation of a partnership between the Sheboygan Area School District, local manufacturing companies, and Lakeshore Technical College. The program is a collaborative effort to better prepare high school students for college and careers, and to provide more skilled workers to local manufacturers.
We worked on designs to update wood and auto shops to enhance these curricular offerings. Overall, this project substantially changed the look, function, and feel of this 21st century learning space.
