It was a beautiful day at the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new Gilbert Knapp Elementary School last Thursday! Knapp, along with Olympia Brown Elementary and Glifford Elementary in Racine are now open and ready to welcome students and teachers for the 2016-17 school year.
