Facility Planning & Referendum Support

We partnered with Melrose-Mindoro Area School District on a comprehensive facilities assessment evaluating needs at its three school campuses. The study identified safety and security, staff efficiency, busing, grade configuration, and aging infrastructure as the most pressing needs.

With careful assessment and clear direction from community survey results, the school board unanimously voted to place a $24.7 million referendum question on the ballot to create a consolidated campus at the existing high school site. The question was soundly approved by the community.
