After experiencing growth in neighboring community branches, Bank First National retained Bray Architects in July 2014 to design a new branch location in Appleton, Wisconsin. Bank First also purchased a lot with an existing outbuilding of the Fox River Mall to become the site of their new bank. The existing structure was demolished, and the Appleton branch was completed in December 2016.
The 5,800 square foot building features six offices, two conference rooms, four interior teller stations and two drive-through teller stations. The new branch also includes one hour fire rated spaces in the safe deposit, cash room, electrical, storage and mechanical room. Customers can enter the banking lobby through a vestibule entrance or choose to use one of two drive-through lanes to make transactions. For client convenience, there is also access to a 24 hour ATM in the bank’s drive-through. The Appleton branch’s design meets the needs of its community while remaining true to the motifs of other Bank First National locations.
