The redesigned space opened up the floor plan, allowing natural light into all workstations, offices, and the conference room. The plan was also designed to allow an existing safe deposit vault to be securely accessed by customers while being separated from the workspaces.

Materials, colors, and finishes, in the Bank First Manitowoc Branch building were chosen to blend with the existing finishes of the upper levels of the building, while corporate standards for glass walls and meticulous wood detailing were introduced.
