We’re so pleased to welcome the talents of Ryan, Alan and Kara. Ryan Sands is a Project Team Leader bringing over six years of experience to the team. Ryan and his family have relocated to Milwaukee from Chicago where Ryan was with the architecture firm of Holabird and Root. He has his BS Architectural Studies, Architecture, Urban Planning and Master of Architecture, Real Estate Development, Sustainable Design from University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee (UWM). Alan Wold also earned his B. Arch and Master of Architecture at UWM and has most recently worked for another Milwaukee architectural firm. Alan is an artist and designer who brings great skill in presentation drawings, renderings and 3D models. Kara Dembinski recently completed her Masters of Architecture from UWM where she also completed her undergrad in Architecture and Spanish.
