Result: A like-new building that functions as two schools in one with dedicated spaces for primary (K-2) and intermediate (3-5) students

The additions and renovations feature:
- Shared, flexible learning spaces
- Resource areas and small-group instruction rooms off the corridors
- A beautiful new library with ample natural light
- A new cafeteria in the former library space
- A new gymnasium that serves students in grades K-2
- A separate, renovated gymnasium that serves students in grades 3-5
- A secure vestibule to monitor and direct visitor access
- An interior courtyard that brings natural light into classrooms

Passing the Referendum
We partnered with the Edgerton School District to pass a $40.6 million facilities referendum that led to improvements at Community Elementary School, Edgerton High School, and two other buildings. The district-wide improvements focused on upgrading school security, addressing facility maintenance, and enhancing learning environments.
