After 40 years in the industry, Fred Noble, construction administrator extraordinaire, is retiring.

He is widely accepted within Wisconsin’s construction community as one of the best architectural on-site representatives. He has worked in the A/E/C industry for more than four decades, including 33 years with Bray.

As the man behind the curtain, Fred makes sure everything runs smoothly during construction. He works directly with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and the Bray team to deliver successful projects.

Architects and contractors appreciate his ability to problem solve and develop construction details on the fly. But probably no group values Fred’s experience more than clients.

“Clients appreciate Fred’s steadfast loyalty to them and trust that he will always make decisions with their best interests in mind,” says Stephen Kuhnen, principal and director of design at Bray. “Fred’s ability to solve issues quickly as they come up in the field allows him to optimize project timelines, keeping projects ahead of schedule.”

Fred has worked on over a hundred projects, leaving his footprint – literally – on projects across the state. Most recently, he wrapped up construction of Sun Prairie West High School, a district for which he has worked on over one million square feet of new construction and additions.

From everyone at Bray, we’d like to extend a huge thank you to Fred for his service and dedication to the A/E/C industry. Fred, we wish you the very best in retirement!
