Bray’s proven approach to referendum support has resulted in an 82% success rate in the past five years. Three steps which lead to success include:
- Step 1: Strategize. Create a focused and effective message and strategically deploy it throughout the community to create awareness and urgency.
- Step 2: Mobilize. Activate the community engagement and communications efforts developed in step one and be present at as many events and engagement sessions as possible.
- Step 3: Energize. Focus all efforts on face-to-face engagement to ensure voter turnout, absentee balloting, and undecided voters have information to make an informed decision.
