Bray conducted a district-wide study of the DeForest Area School District, and in April 2015, assisted in passing a $41 million referendum question to address district-wide needs. One of the components of the referendum was the renovation of and addition to Windsor Elementary School.
The one-story addition includes a kindergarten area, additional classrooms, gymnasium, cafeteria, and administration offices. The addition also includes a new main entryway.
The L-shaped Windsor Elementary School building, connected by the new addition, surrounds a courtyard. The renovation includes the remodeling of classrooms and the library. Generous classroom resource spaces have been incorporated throughout.
