After months of planning and community support, the District was able to make significant improvements to its high school to better support and meet the requirements of 21st Century learning. As a result, the high school received a large addition and extensive renovations to improve safety and security, infrastructure and building systems, and educational spaces.
The school features new state-of-the-art STEAM labs, academic and agriculture classrooms, and a greenhouse. Renovations transformed existing Family & Consumer Science spaces, classrooms and locker rooms, while the cafeteria and kitchen were expanded and feature floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for ample natural light. Original HVAC, electrical, and flooring in locker rooms were also replaced.
