Bray Architects supported the Coleman School District through a committee-based process to identify infrastructure and educational needs at their existing combined elementary, middle, and high school buildings. Bray and the district worked together to pass a $13.8 million referendum in April 2018.
Coleman High School received a secure entry addition as well as an office renovation, controlling visitor access through the high school entrance. To enhance the school’s STEAM curriculum, the existing woods, metals, and CAD labs have been upgraded to prepare students for today’s workforce. Classrooms on the second floor have also been renovated to become science labs. Other improvements include the expansion and renovation of the cafeteria, ADA compliance, and renovation of the kitchen.
