Belleville Middle/High School

In 2016, Bray successfully supported the School District of Belleville in passing a $20,750,000 referendum question to address district-wide needs, including addition and renovation to the Middle/High School.

The renovation upgraded the school’s existing technical education shop, expanded the existing fitness/weight room, improved school security through a secured office entrance, and converted one of the existing kitchens into a new district office conference room.

To further support the growth of the existing Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) curriculum, an addition to the technical education shop expanded the space and features a STEM lab area. A new concessions building with bathrooms was also added for athletic events.

In addition to the main areas of construction, facility improvements included lighting and ceiling upgrades, a new ballasted roof, and a renovated ADA-compliant lift to better accommodate students with needs. New monumental signage and exterior way-finding directs visitors to the main entrance.

Construction was completed in September 2017.
