Interior Design
We offer interior design, space planning, furniture layout and furniture design as stand alone services for those clients who may be considering occupying space in an existing building or may be looking at expanding or rearranging their existing space.
Includes:
Working with client and team to establish
and analyze goals and objectives
Preparing two and three-dimensional
drawings illustrating design concepts
Selecting and specifying colors, materials, finishes
Designing interior components – ceilings, casework, custom woodwork and flooring
Preparing and coordinating construction documents to reflect design concepts
Verify contractor submittals for adherence to design concept
Interior design an integral part of our standard Architectural services. Successful projects consider all facets of design (site, exterior and interior) from their very inception. Our interior designers work closely with our architects and landscape architects early on to create a cohesive design concept that strengthens the project result.
