We assisted Prairie Development LTD with retail programming, mater planning, conceptual site planning, and local jurisdictional review documentation for a major mixed use development proposed for the corner of Highway 151 and Highway C.
The master plan included a blend of big box, traditional strip center, lifestyle center, entertainment, dining, and lodging for this 100+ acre site. These uses were flanked on both sides of a protected greenway and wetland that supported the entertainment, dining and lodging users by providing significant green space and ponds to enhance outdoor experiences.
