Lake Geneva Middle School
The school is designed as a "house concept" middle school (houses for grades 6th, 7th, and 8th grades) with two teams of teachers within each house. These three houses plus an exploratories house (Family & Consumer Education, Foreign Language, Music, Art, etc.) and the LMC make up the 2-story structure of the building.
The school is organized with the LMC as the focal point of learning. The commons/cafeteria is designed to function as both a cafeteria and a lecture/performance space with a stage between the gymnasium and the commons to allow for presentations from either space.
