Bray Architects provided programming, site selection, and full architectural/engineering services for this award-winning fire station.
The Sister Bay Fire Station is a volunteer-staffed facility which serves the fire department and Door County EMS. Although the fire and EMS are separate wings of the building, they share a fitness center and training room. Each group maintains individual day rooms, kitchens, shower facilities, and administrative areas.
The project also included a new sports complex on a separate site to replace recreation and outdoor athletic facilities impacted by the location of the fire station.
