Associated Bank

This build out project included programming, space planning, design and construction administration for Associated Bank’s new branch location. The 7,800 square foot space was located in an aging strip mall that was in the process of a façade upgrade project.
The traditional strip mall storefront was enhanced by the addition of a curving glass wall flanked by multi-colored slate tile tile. These finishes translated to the interior spaces including three teller lines, reception desk, visitor kiosk, office areas, conference rooms, and traditional behind the scenes banking spaces.
The objective of the project was to establish a cost effective branch bank facility in an exceptional location. As an anchor tenant in the mall’s redevelopment, Associated Bank was able to locate in a prime location with significant visibility from the heavily traveled street.
