Sargento Foods, Inc. is a national manufacturer of cheese products whose corporate headquarters are located in Plymouth, Wisconsin. Bray Architects was selected to provide programming and design services for the conversion of an existing office/warehouse building into the company’s new Plymouth Technical Center.
The existing building formerly housed a mechanical contractor’s office and shop before being purchased by Sargento as part of its expanding corporate campus. One half of the warehouse was developed to house the company’s informational technology center and consumer affairs division while the other half became a large corporate conference center. The redesign included relocation of the north vestibule to guide visitor and work traffic flow to a center atrium/rotunda area and the different departments.
