Prigge Discovery Coach
Sheboygan, Wisconsin

Discovery Coach is a third-generation family business specializing in motor coach, school bus, and event transportation. The Sheboygan Train Depot was built in 1906 in the twentieth century vernacular style. The Prigge family purchased the historic structure with the vision of relocating their corporate headquarters to the restored building.

Bray Architects designed a buildout and restoration that included two offices, a conference room, open office and work space, and a lobby designed for patrons waiting for tours to depart. The most visible transformation on the exterior was the reconstruction of the original canopy which protected railroad passengers (and now bus passengers) from the elements. Functional improvements included new mechanical and electrical systems, ADA upgrades, and exterior upgrades including new windows, roof repairs, and tuck pointing.
