Waunakee Village Center

The Waunakee Village Center, designed in collaboration with Barker Rinker Seacat Architecture, is a two-story facility designed to function as a combination senior center and community center. It was constructed on the site of a former vegetable canning plant and is designed to reflect the architecture of a number of landmark structures in the Village.
The senior center wing houses activity rooms, a lounge, dining hall, kitchen, craft room, fitness/activity room, and administrative and office space. The community wing houses a multipurpose gymnasium with an elevated walking/running track, locker rooms, three community rooms, and wellness and nutrition education spaces.
Size: 45,600 square feet
