The Goodman Park Maintenance Facility addition and renovation project represents Bray Architects' and the City of Madison's continued leadership in environmental sustainability. The facility is a renovation and addition that creates five new and two remodeled workshops for the Parks Division. The new public lobby and adjacent training/community room create an added dimension of connection to the community.
The project is the first City of Madison new construction project to be designed utilizing the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System. The project is seeking a certified designation with 34 credits being pursued.
