Situated next to CCI’s recently acquired Custom Ditching Quarry, this highly sustainable design includes stone cladding similar in character to the local stone taken from the adjacent quarry. To complete a warm, welcoming industrial aesthetic, the remainder of the exterior is intermixed with corrugated metal panels and heavy timber style framing accents. Features include separate upper and lower parking areas to serve separate tenants within the building and a bridge element connecting the upper parking area to the second floor of the building. Below the bridge is a landscaped patio area created with a stone veneer retaining wall similar to the quarry stone.
Use of materials that showcase CCI’s self-performed trades include masonry and polished concrete. Heavy timber will be used for structural beams/joists and wood decking and recycled glass for office side lites.
CCI is a member of a large family of companies that includes ABC Supply Co. and Hendricks Holding Co.
