Bray Celebrates Groundbreakings
Milwaukee and Sheboygan, WI / June, 2010 – Bray Architects joined the School District of Whitefish Bay and the Village of Mount Pleasant in groundbreaking ceremonies for their new and renovated facilities.

The $23 million School District of Whitefish Bay project includes major additions and/or renovations to the District’s five buildings. The additions include new cafeterias at Cumberland and Richards Schools and new music department at the High School. The projects are on track for completion in the summer of 2011.

The $13.5 million Village of Mount Pleasant Village Hall and Police Station includes a new, 72,000 square foot joint use facility that will house the Village’s administration, police department, municipal court/council chambers, and shared community meeting spaces. The building features many sustainable/green technologies including a geothermal HVAC system, LED building and site lighting, rain gardens, and recycled content finishes to name a few. This project was delivered by the Bray team over $1 million under budget and is on track for completion in the Spring of 2011.
